Academic background

I am a Lecturer in the ICT section / ESS Department to support educational activities of MOT1531, SEN1611 and SEN9725, developing gaming interventions, and supporting practical work. I also advise Bachelor and Master students, specially in topics related to: serious gaming, digital government, decision-making and policymaking.

Academic background

I have a PhD in Systems Engineering where I have researched the use of games to change civil servants' attitudes towards providing open data (https://repository.tudelft.nl/islandora/object/uuid%3A01bc5442-00a4-45ca-ae48-1440ef16f833).

Previously, I worked as lecturer-researcher at NHL-Stenden (The Nethelrands) in the Serious Gaming Master program, as a game evaluation specialist. I had my Bsc in Economics (University of São Paulo - USP), my Msc in sociology (University of Brasília - UnB) and lectured in political sciences (Centro Universitário do Distrito Federal - UniDF).

I've published papers on Open Government, Open data, Serious gaming, Solidarity Based Economy and social policies.
