Research focus
Co’s work focuses on understanding the ever changing needs and challenges of a dynamic and high-developed society and the impact on area development. How can we address the need for affordable housing, sustainable energy, bio-diversity, climate adaptation and mobility in concepts for area development. How can we make good use of big data, what are fruitful financial arrangments (PPS), management concepts and how does this reflect the current and upcoming legislation? 
 
His main focus is building bridges between science, policy and practice and between the various disciplines that are involved in area management.
