Abstract

Bulk electronic properties and photoelectron spectra of UNiAl and UPdSn are discussed in terms of varying degree of the localization of 5f states. For UPdSn with ρ = 5 mJ/mol K², localized 5f states can be expected, but photoemission shows still the presence of 5f state at E_F.
